Instructions:

1. Check your email for an email from Mary Toolan (mary@marytoolan.com). Please save this email address to your contacts.

2. If you don’t receive it please check your spam folder.  Gmail users please check your promotions tab.  If it’s in here, drag the email from the promotions tab to your primary tab, then click ‘yes’ when it asks you if you want to do this for all future emails you receive from this email address.

3. Click the confirmation link in the email.

4. Your e-book will arrive in the next email.
